Weekly Roundup 1/27-2/2

This week we had play dates and lots of visits to the park. We also went on some nature walks (which involves collecting fallen leaves, pine cones, rocks, etc.), did lots of reading, coloring and play dough activity time. Somewhere in there we also found time to go to the mall (and have a special cupcake treat) and go grocery shopping. This was also the first week that we officially cut out naps. It's been an adjustment (and still is), but he's getting on a better schedule. His naps were getting too late in the day and cutting into bedtime way too much. He now goes to bed around 6:30pm and is up about 4:30-5am. It's an early morning, but I'm hanging in there (you'd think I'd be used to it after three years!). Anyways, I'm really enjoying this time with Carter. He is at such a fun age!
